Combine the cinnamon sticks, apple cider, and apple juice in a large stock pot. Bring it to a simmer and then add in the sugars. Stir slowly until all of the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat and allow the cider to return to room temperature. Once at room temperature add in the Everclear. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate.

1 Quart Apple Juice
3 Cups of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of White Sugar
