Directions:

1. Layer 1: 1 part Guinness reduction - see below

2. Layer 2: 1 part Irish cream

3. Layer 3: 1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey

Guinness Reduction:

1. Pour 1 bottle of Guinness and 1/2 cup of honey into a pan.

2. Bring to simmer and reduce by half.

3. Let cool to room temperature.
